Multi-format CD ripping

The program rips tracks directly from audio CDs to WMA, MP3, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC or WAV files. Conversion is performed on the fly during the ripping process. Integrated access to the Gracenote CDDB® online CD database is included for importing album, track and artist details.

Burning from A to Z

Burn selected tracks and playlists to audio CDs, data CDs, DVDs or the new Blu-ray Discs. Copy CDs on the fly. Ashampoo is a world leader in burner driver technology and virtually all burners are supported.

Audio conversion and editing

Convert audio tracks to different formats and quality settings. Cut, mix and modify tracks. Normalize the volume of selected or all tracks to a standard level. Add fade-in, fade-out and other effects. Mix tracks and add cross-fades. Change the volume. Insert silence or replace sound with silence. Insert split markers to cut long tracks like audio books into more manageable pieces.

Music collection organization

Rename multiple audio files using patterns like %artist% – %title% and move collections of files to specified folders in one simple operation.

Audio recording

Record directly from any audio source (microphone, aux, line in, analog record players etc.) to WMA, MP3, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC or WAV files. Record from multiple sources simultaneously using the Windows mixer. Here too, conversion to the target format is performed on the fly during recording.

Advanced track repair

Ashampoo Music Studio 3 scans the user’s music collection and automatically locates defective and corrupt MP3, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC and WAV tracks. The tracks can then be recovered with the integrated repair functions or moved to another folder or deleted.

Print and Design

The new Label Designer comes with a stack of professional themes and it can import track and data lists directly from the disc you want to label.
